Rachel Wilber

Rachel Wilber is a Sonoma County native who graduated from Humboldt State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in French, and Mills College with a Master’s Degree in Education. She earned her law degree Cum Laude from Empire College School of Law in 2009. While studying law, she clerked at the Sonoma County Public Defender’s Office. She began practicing full time as a Deputy Public Defender as soon as she passed the Bar in 2009.
