About Randall
Randall F. Cooper is a third generation New Hampshire lawyer who has been actively practicing in North Conway since 1976, after having served as a line officer in the United States Navy. Randy is presently, Of Counsel, assisting the firm and clients when asked, and serves as well as a mediator for the courts in Maine and New Hampshire. Randy’s forty years of legal experience includes land use law and real estate development, and most recently mediation.
