Randall S. Lane

Randall practices primarily in the defense of workers’ compensation claims on behalf of insured and self-insured employers. He has substantial experience representing clients in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims including litigating cases at the Office of Administrative Hearings and handling appeals before the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals and the Minnesota Supreme Court.
