Randy B. Rowlett

Randy is a lifelong resident of Chesterfield County. He graduated from Matoaca High School in Chesterfield in 1980. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the College of William and Mary in 1984 and then earned his law degree from William and Mary in 1993. From 1984 to 1990, Randy taught English and Government at Meadowbrook High School in Chesterfield County and coached High School football.
