Randy Chennault’s practice involves the general representation of individual and closely-held businesses, including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and sole proprietorships. His prior experience as a Certified Public Accountant enables him to quickly analyze both the legal and financial issues of a business transaction or controversy. Although Mr. Chennault has a particular aptitude for tax planning and estate planning, his practice includes mergers and acquisitions and the formation and general representation of business entities.
