Randy Martin O'Neal

Randy Martin O'Neal was raised in Garrett, Floyd County, and moved to Richmond in 2003 to attend Eastern Kentucky University, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 2007. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Appalachian School of Law in 2010. Since joining the Law Office of Jimmy Dale Williams in August 2010, he has handled thousands of civil and criminal cases in Kentucky's District, Circuit, and Federal Courts.
