About Randy
Randy was admitted to the bar in 1972 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma for both his preparatory and legal education. He has served as the City Attorney for both the City of Duncan and City of Clinton. Randy has also served on the Judicial Nominating Commission (1979 - 1984), the Oklahoma Professional Liability Insurance Company Board (1988 - 1994) and was named the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Section’s Advocate of the Year in 2007.
