About Randy

Randy P. Brungard received his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law in 1980. He has successfully argued both criminal and civil cases in front of the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts. His areas of expertise include Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Domestic Law, Estate Planning and Administration, and Real Estate Law. He is the current President of the Clinton County Bar Association, a member of the Lock Haven Area Rotary Club, and the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Breeder's Association.
