Raphael Connor obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Mary Washington College in 1988 and earned his Juris Doctor from Howard Law School in 1991. He has been a resident of Williamsburg since 1993. With a diverse legal career spanning over two decades, Raphael Connor spent ten years practicing with Legal Aid and an additional eight years with the Public Defender’s Office, honing his expertise in various aspects of law.
