Ray Al D. Alcantara was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. Ray moved to Lake Charles Louisiana in 1990. In 2001, Ray graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Ray earned his law degree in 2006 from Thomas Jefferson school of Law in San Diego California.
