Raymond “Ray” Marshall is one of the founding members of Chason, Rosner, Leary & Marshall, LLC. Ray is licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and has practiced before federal and state trial and appellate courts for more than 25 years practicing law.
