Raymond Wilford Fraley, III, known as 'Will,' grew up in Fayetteville, Tennessee, where his parents also practiced law. He moved to Murfreesboro in 1992 to attend Middle Tennessee State University, where he played baseball. He earned his law degree from Nashville School of Law in 2004 and began his practice the same year.
