About Reatter

Reatter “Rita” Neal is an associate attorney for iTicket.law, personally serving our clients in Franklin, Granville, Vance, and Warren Counties. Prior to working with iTicket.law, Reatter has had experience with the Wake County Public Defender’s Office and the North Carolina General Assembly as a legislative intern. Reatter developed a love for pro bono work while in law school and continues that passion now that she is a licensed attorney, working directly with Wills for Heroes and the Federal Expunction Project. When not in court, Attorney Neal serves her local community through her sorority chapter by educating the community on various topics and helping to keep her community clean. Reatter also cherishes spending time with her family. She and her son share a special bond over Michael Jackson music and old Disney shows like The Proud Family and Even Stevens.
