About Rebecca

Rebecca is a partner of The Greenberg Law Firm LLP. She has prosecuted and defended multiple personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights, legal malpractice, corporate, real estate and business litigation matters, and is well versed in the area of internal investigation and legal analysis. She also has a focus in the area cannabis law, consulting clients in the areas of liability exposure and state and local compliance. She is an advocate of drug policy reform at the state and federal level. She is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Washington Heights Corner Project. She has written and lectured on the constitutionality of Internal Revenue Code 280E, medical malpractice liability exposure for recommending cannabis in New York State and implementing medical cannabis in primary health care. In 2019 her alma mater, the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, honored her with the award for Rising Star in the Private Sector of Litigation. Her litigation experience has included corporate and financial matters involving municipal liability, corporate responsibility in multiple settings including motor vehicle sales and distribution.
