About Rebecca

Rebecca J. Smyth is a 2019 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, where received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In 2021, Rebecca received her J.D. from Albany Law School. While at Albany Law School, Rebecca served as a mentor through the Student Bar Association, and she was a lead article editor on the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology. Prior to joining O'Connor First, Rebecca worked for a solo practitioner in Albany where she gained experience in various aspects of civil and criminal litigation. Rebecca is admitted to practice in the State of New York. Rebecca concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, including premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, medical malpractice, and general liability. Rebecca is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
