About Rebecca
Rebecca joined Cogan & Power, P.C. in 2022. Although she was born and raised in the Midwest, Rebecca spent the first years of her legal career working and living in Washington state after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law. She has represented injured people in personal injury, workers’ compensation, and insurance bad-faith cases for her entire legal career, successfully defending a trial court decision on appeal in 2022. Rebecca is committed to advocating for those whose lives have been upended by injuries and who have been treated unfairly by large corporations and insurance companies. She also provides mentorship and support to new and aspiring lawyers and engages in volunteer work with charitable organizations.
