About Rebecca
Ms. Ashkenazi is a Partner at Wolfenson & Ashkenazi, P.C. Her current practice focuses on Real Estate matters, Wills, Trusts, and Estates (including Probate matters), as well as Guardianships. She has been appointed by the Court to serve as counsel for the alleged incapacitated in Guardianship matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ashkenazi served as general counsel to a commercial and industrial real estate company. She previously represented residential clients and sponsor sellers at Herrick, Feinstein LLP, and earned numerous pro bono awards, including the prestigious 2018 Milton Mollen Pro Bono Award. She started her career in Real Estate at a small firm. Prior to her work in Real Estate, her practice focused on representing abandoned, abused, and neglected children, as well as working with high net worth matrimonial actions. Ms. Ashkenazi was named one of New Jersey's "Best Lawyers for Families" by NJ Family Magazine for three consecutive years, an award earned through client nomination. She is currently assisting ProjectKIND as a legal advisor on a pro bono basis and has been working with Urban Dance League, Inc. since 2013 in both a legal capacity and a board member style role. At Franklin and Marshall College, Ms. Ashkenazi was a co-founder of S.I.S.T.E.R.S.
