About Reese
Reese I. Joye founded Joye Law Firm in 1968 with a mission to help people during difficult times. A tenacious litigator, he focused on individual rights, trying hundreds of cases and authoring legal books. He was instrumental in drafting South Carolina's DUI law and was a leader in the legal community, including being a founding member of the National College for DUI Defense and founding president of the South Carolina Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He passed away in 2008.
