Regina M. Philipps is a Partner with the firm. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Heidi Willis Currier. She practices in civil law and litigation, including Civil Rights, Education, Insurance Defense and Public Entity Defense, with a specific focus on Employment Law. Ms. Philipps serves as a legal consultant for employers and an independent investigator for internal complaints. She is a staunch advocate for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), rare disease and newborn screening, and assisted with the passage of a law adding SMA to NJ’s newborn screening panel. She also serves as a Councilwoman for the Borough of Haddon Heights.
