Rhett B. Ramsey is a native of Wayne County, Kentucky. He graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University in 2013 and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2016. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar in September 2016 and co-founded Garmon & Ramsey, PLLC in December 2017.
