Rhett Wallace joined McCartney Stucky LLC in 2021 as an associate attorney and has quickly become an integral part of the firm’s trial team. A former prosecutor with the Norfolk, Virginia Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, Rhett brings extensive courtroom experience to his practice. As an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, he tried cases involving violent felonies and serious misdemeanors on a daily basis.
