Of counsel Attorney Ricardo Franco has been practicing law since 1996 with admissions to the bars of Spain and Brazil. Ricardo possesses dual Ph.D.’s, one from MIT which he conducted under the tutelage of world-renowned linguist Noam Chomsky in studying the effects of state sponsored terrorism.
