Mr. Koch obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering at Brigham Young University in 1972, and his law degree at the University of Utah in 1975. While at the University of Utah he was in the top 10% of his class, and he was an associate editor of the Utah Law Review. He has many years of experience in representing clients who have been injured in car accidents and other types of personal injury accidents. He also assists clients in wills and probate, business disputes, contracts, and business planning. He speaks Spanish.
