Richard B. Shufelt

Richard was born and raised in Hardin County and is a graduate of North Hardin High School. Richard earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Kentucky College of Public Health. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Transylvania with additional concentrations in Chemistry and Economics.
