About Richard

Attorney Richard Bershtein was born and raised in Hamden, Connecticut. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from Yale University in 1980 and his J.D. from Columbia University in 1983. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1983, New York Bar in 1984, and U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York and District of Connecticut in 1984. With over 30 years of experience, Richard has been a driving force in growing the Bershtein Law Center, fighting for community members against insurance companies.
