Attorney Richard E. Burke, Jr., is a magna cum laude graduate of Lafayette College, where he was named to Phi Beta Kappa. He received a juris doctor degree cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. He joined the law offices of Philip N. Beauregard in 1985 and became a partner in 1990.
