Richard (Ricky) Eugene Santee is a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley. He attended Dickinson College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2010. He clerked for Hon. Stephen G. Baratta before joining Shay, Santee & Kelhart in 2011, becoming a partner in 2020.
