Richard F. Brian, now retired from Brian Law Offices, received his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law in 1982 and a B.A. summa cum laude from Western State College in 1979. He successfully argued a case before the Ohio Supreme Court, leading to a major change in Ohio Workers Compensation Law. He has been recognized as a SuperLawyer and served on various committees for the Ohio Association of Justices.
