Richard Krutch, a founding member of Krutch Lindell, practiced extensively in aviation accident and wrongful death claims before his retirement. He handled litigation in numerous major air carrier crashes and civilian aircraft accidents globally. Mr. Krutch is an expert in conflicts, choice of law, and forum non conveniens issues, and is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
