About Richard
Rich graduated from Harvard Law School cum laude in 1993 and the College of the Holy Cross magna cum laude in 1990. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts (1993) and Connecticut (1994). He has represented national and international contractors in construction disputes and diverse clients in civil litigation and appeals, arguing before the Supreme and Appellate Courts of Connecticut and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. His experience includes construction litigation, construction contract negotiation & drafting, appellate work, and general litigation, including representing employers in disputes with former employees and a Catholic diocese in sexual abuse claims.
