Richard Gabriel Delgado

Richard Delgado was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Mr. Delgado completed his undergraduate degree and obtained a Bachelors of Arts in History and Political Science from Florida International University where he graduated Cum Laude. While in school, Mr. Delgado was an active member of the Pi Sigma Alpha and Sigma Iota Rho Honor Societies. Mr. Delgado attended law school at Florida International University's College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctorate.
