Richard Goldstein is the Founder and Managing Partner of Goldstein & Goldstein, LLP, with 46 years dedicated to personal injury litigation. He focuses on motor vehicle accidents, commercial truck accidents, ceiling falls, and slip and fall accidents. He also handles firm marketing and business operations and serves as a consultant to the Family Service Organization of Essex County Board of Directors and former Chair of the District Fee Arbitration Committee. He previously was a partner at Weicholz, Peters and Goldstein and legal counsel to the New York City Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association.
