Richard Griggs is an experienced civil litigator handling complex cases with large damages, including automobile product defects, motor vehicle and trucking wrecks, and premises and work-site liability. He has been sole lead or co-lead counsel in over 65 jury trials. He received a B.A. from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from Mercer University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and Law Review.
