Richard H. Roston

Mr. Richard H. Roston was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky and received his Bachelor of Arts, With Distinction, from Indiana University in 1984. He received his law degree from The William & Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 1997 and graduated in the top 18 percent of his class. Mr. Roston spent the first five years of his career with a Newport News insurance defense firm. He joined a general practice firm for the next seven years, and then spent five years working for a high-volume plaintiff’s personal injury firm.
