About Richard
Richard J. Welch, Esq., is an attorney with over twenty years of experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial, employment, and construction contracts. He previously served as senior counsel at Solidifi and as Vice President, Litigation Counsel for Fidelity National Law Group, where he acted as a Trial attorney. Richard has tried cases in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island state and federal courts. He holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the U.S. District Courts in both states.
