Richard L. Kerzee has been an attorney with Duckett, Bouligny & Collins, L.L.P. since March 2006, becoming a partner in 2013. He handles a wide variety of cases including civil litigation, personal injury, family law, probate litigation, general business, creditor collection, and appellate practice. Prior to law school, Richard spent 15 years in the insurance industry. He is a member of the Wharton County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and serves on the Board of Directors for the West Wharton County Hospital District, among other community roles.
