Richard L. Magill

Richard L. Magill, also known as Pete, was inspired to become a lawyer after witnessing the lack of representation for injured workers in steel mills during his college years. He has dedicated his career to helping injured workers obtain benefits and has successfully argued four precedential cases before the Ohio Supreme Court, including Fisher v. Mayfield, which expanded workers' compensation coverage.
