About Richard

Richard Naylor is an attorney. His education includes an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver (2005), a J.D./M.B.A. from Samford University (2004) and a B.A. in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College (2000). He received the E. Randolph Williams pro bono award for four consecutive years (2006-2010) for his work representing victims of domestic violence. He was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015, 2017-18. He is admitted to the Virginia bar and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia.
