Richard Pompelio joined the firm in 2011 to help create and develop the first crime victim civil litigation department in a major law firm in New Jersey. The department focuses its efforts on providing representation to survivors of violent crime in their claims for civil damages throughout the state of New Jersey and nationwide. He has appeared as an attorney in all state and federal courts in New Jersey and in the Supreme Court of the United States related to the representation of crime victims.
