Richard S. Albright is a Senior Associate with an emphasis on municipal law, criminal prosecutions, and ordinance drafting. He serves as Assistant City Attorney for St. Clair Shores, Eastpointe, and Grosse Pointe Farms. He has appeared in over 100 municipal cases in Macomb County Circuit Court since 2000, conducted over 200 District Court trials/hearings, and successfully represented clients in municipal appeals, including two cases before the Michigan Supreme Court.
