Richard S. Bishop, an attorney at Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn Law since 1985, focuses on estate planning and administration, elder law, real estate, business transactions, and corporate matters. He represents clients in Lackawanna and Luzerne counties, handling simple to complex estate plans and litigation. He has conducted seminars on governance and represented local businesses in mergers and acquisitions. He serves on the Board of Directors of Penn State Scranton, The ARC Foundation of Northeastern Pennsylvania, the ARC, the Salvation Army Scranton Citadel, the Schwartz Mack Foundation, the Jewish Community Center of Scranton, Amos Towers Housing, and the Advisory Board of M&T Bank and the Kania School of Business at the University of Scranton. He is also President of Amos Lodge of B’nai B’rith and Vice President of Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehab. He has received the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating for 2025.
