Richard S. Pakola

Richard S. Pakola is an attorney with over twenty years of experience in criminal and civil litigation. He served as a U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) for approximately ten years, prosecuting and defending cases, and later provided environmental law advice at the Headquarters level.
