Richard S. Pakola is an attorney with over twenty years of experience in criminal and civil litigation. He served as a U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) for approximately ten years, prosecuting and defending cases, and later provided environmental law advice at the Headquarters level. He holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and an LL.M. in environmental law from George Washington University School of Law. He has served as a Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Orangetown since 2008 and was elected Village Justice for the Village of West Haverstraw, New York, in 2016. He is rated 'Superb' by AVVO.
