Richard Stermer

Richard Stermer has practiced in southwest Minnesota for more than 20 years. Rick practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, civil litigation, creditor rights, family law, and personal injury and wrongful death. In 2007, he was appointed as a United States Chapter 7 Panel Bankruptcy Trustee for the District of Minnesota. Rick has tried cases at both the Minnesota Supreme Court and the Minnesota Court of Appeals, most notably City of Morris v.
