Richard W. Stewart

Mr. Stewart is a member of the Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, and the National Council of School Attorneys. He is a member and past president of the Pennsylvania School Solicitors’ Association and has served as a member of the Council of the Education Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
