Rick L. Powers graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1975 and has over 45 years of civil trial practice experience, including more than 350 jury trials. His practice areas include health care liability, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. He is licensed in all Tennessee state courts and U.S. District Courts, and is a certified mediator.
