Rick Sand

Rick Sand is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a licensed attorney in the states of North Dakota, Minnesota, Arizona as well numerous Federal Jurisdictions. During law school Mr. Sand interned for the Alaska Department of Administration’s Office of Public Advocacy.
