Once our client completes treatment for their injuries, Rita specializes in collecting their medical and billing records. Her goal is to get the records as fast as possible so there are no delays in settling our clients case. Rita is also in charge of preparing and ensuring that proper demand letters are presented to the insurance company. She is a highly driven and meticulous legal assistant who is an essential part of the Benjamin Law Firm.
