Born in Rochester, New Hampshire, Robert Alexander Zubkus graduated from Plymouth State University with a B.S. in Business Management in 1980 and earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law in 1987. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Field Artillery. His legal career began in 1987 as a prosecutor and assistant county attorney before co-founding Hanlon & Zubkus in 1994. He has extensive experience in criminal defense, DWI/DUI, divorce & family law, civil litigation, landlord/tenant law, and bankruptcy, having tried numerous jury and bench trials and argued appeals before the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
