About Robert
Robert Cetrulo was born in Covington, Kentucky, on August 8, 1959. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1984 and began an active practice focusing on insurance defense. In 1991, he became a partner at Ware, Bryson, West, and Bartlett, specializing in workers' compensation, general litigation, trial practice, and insurance defense. In 1999, he received mediation training and has served as a certified mediator. In 2001, he co-founded Cetrulo and Mowery with Susanne Cetrulo, focusing on trial practice and litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury defense, workers' compensation, and employment litigation. He was recognized as the most prolific trial attorney in Kentucky by the Kentucky Trial Court Review in 2007 and 2014, and was the top trial lawyer in the state for civil trial verdicts between 2005-2015. Robert has also defended cases for Norfolk Southern Railways for twenty years, successfully handling numerous crossing cases and FELA litigation.
