Robert D. Cheeley, also known as 'Bulldog Bob,' is the founder and managing partner of Cheeley Law Group, LLC, with over four decades of experience advocating for the rights of Georgia residents in catastrophic incidents. He has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements, including landmark cases against Johnson & Johnson, General Motors, Suzuki Motor Company, and Toyota Motor Company. He graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia (B.A., 1979; J.D., 1982) and is licensed to practice in Georgia state and federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is recognized with an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was named National Trial Lawyer of the Year in 1993.
